Mr Finishing Surfacer 1500 Black (40ml)
Using as a Base Coat for Metallic Colours
The combination of ultra-fine finish and black colour make this product ideal as the base coat for metallic finishes. This allows the omission of an extra gloss black coat before applying the metallic colour, reducing the overall thickness of the paint*.
* With the exception of mirror-finish metallics where a gloss black coat of paint should still be applied before the metallic coat.
About Mr Finishing Surfacer 1500
Mr Finishing Surfacer 1500 is a primer/surfacer that gives a quick-drying, smooth finish in preparation for painting. It has extra fine pigmentation and will not fill/hide the finer surface details underneath.
Can be applied by brush or airbrush. Mr Color Thinner can be used for thinning and clean up if required. Recommended thinning ratio for airbrushing approximately 1:1 (50/50 mix).
